This entry‑level role utilizes various research methods, outreach channels, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects. The analyst gathers and verifies customer information, documents interactions, and provides actionable insights that support sales growth and customer acquisition efforts. </p><p><b>What you’ll be doing: </b> </p><ul><li>Research, identify, and qualify prospective customers through various lead generation channels. </li><li>Conduct outreach activities to gather information, assess customer needs, and determine sales potential. </li><li>Verify and validate lead data to ensure accuracy and relevance. </li><li>Maintain and update customer and prospect information within CRM systems. </li><li>Document customer interactions, feedback, and key business intelligence to support sales activities. </li><li>Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities. </li><li>Assist in executing lead generation campaigns and prospecting initiatives. </li><li>Monitor lead activity and provide regular updates on lead status and conversion progress. </li><li>Support trade shows, networking events, promotional activities, and other business development initiatives as assigned. </li><li>Follow established processes and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li> </ul><p><b>Supervisory Responsibilities: </b> </p><p>This position does not supervise any employees. </p><p>May also provide cross‑training for staff. </p><p><b>Travel: </b> </p><ul><li>This position could require minimal travel, up to 5% of the time. </li> </ul><h3>About you: </h3><p><b>What you’ll bring: </b> </p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
