Join our team, and together we will make a difference and change the world.<br />Job Description Creates on brand design solutions for routine to moderately complex marketing, communications, sales or client deliverable materials, proofing graphics, advertisements, emails and/or web landing pages, web and social media content and/or print and digital materials.<br />Updates existing materials or creates templated products - with an eye for improving each piece to meet specific client needs.<br />Works with others to produce and distribute final products (print, post, animate, ship, etc.).<br />This can include interactions with vendors or clients, such as photographers, printers and technology suppliers, to ensure price/budget, quality, schedule and delivery of the above materials.<br />Contributes to the project planning process, handles specific tasks within a plan.<br />Provides peer reviews of designs for other designers/creative staff.<br />Shares technical and design knowledge with peers.<br />Maintains computer software and systems upgrades.<br />Archives project files in a timely manner.<br />Performs other duties as required.<br />Skills &amp; Abilities Intermediate knowledge of graphic design and typography principles and the ability to apply them to solve marketing and business challenges.<br />Intermediate knowledge of current graphic design (and related) software applications.<br />Intermediate ability to collaborate with other creative team members.<br />Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.<br />Qualifications Bachelor's Degree.<br />2 years of related experience.<br />Domestic and/or international travel may be required. This pay range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels for the geographic location assigned to the position.
