<h3><strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</strong></h3><p></p><p><strong>AllTheWay ABA</strong> is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated <strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) </strong>to join our wonderful team!</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Types: REMOTE, Full-time, Part-time</strong></p><p><strong>Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour</strong></p><p></p><h3><strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) </strong>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><p>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans</p></li><li><p>Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development</p></li><li><p>Provide direct patient care, including one-on-one therapy sessions and group sessions</p></li><li><p>Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including special education teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care</p></li><li><p>Conduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessment tools</p></li><li><p>Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)</p></li><li><p>Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing treatment plans effectively</p></li><li><p>Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):</strong></p><ul><li><p>Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification</p></li><li><p>Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with special education practices and principles</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques</p></li><li><p>Proficient in conducting patient assessments and data collection</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</p></li><li><p>Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team</p></li></ul>
