To help you make an informed decision, we're sharing key information about our pay practices.<br /><br />What You Can Expect:<br /><br />Training Pay:<br /><br />$20 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)<br />Average Earning Potential After Training:<br /><br />$60,000 - $90,000+ (inclusive of base, commission and bonus)<br />The company will not pay less than state/local minimum wage requirements<br />Post-Training Pay:<br /><br />Base Pay : $26,000 per year<br />Commission &amp; Bonus:<br /><br />Earn more with UNCAPPED commission on written sales - 3.5% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 2% on other sales, other than La-Z-Boy Design Sales. Monthly bonus opportunity of up to $2,000 based on your ability to meet specific individual sales goals<br /><br />Individual pay is based on various factors, including geographic location, personal performance and relevant qualifications, experience, and skills. By providing our salary ranges and compensation range details, we aim to foster understanding and confidence in our pay practices.
