The Analyst position allows someone with strong qualifications, specific to Reserve Studies and related business, to independently execute the processes, software and best practices of our centralized Reserve Team, and to further develop their experience. The Reserve Analyst will be assigned a group of divisions and be responsible for independently coordinate planning, processes and training in preparation for each reserve season.  Understanding and driving efficient practices to meet the reserve service needs of the associations managed by each division is critical. The incumbent will serve as the Senior Project Analyst and work closely with BPIO Project Managers and Executive Office management on projects to better serve the needs of the public and state agencies. Under the direction of management, the incumbent will work with the project managers, review and improve processes, analyze data, update policies and procedures, make recommendations related to projects and be the liaison for key events and meetings.
