This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning meaningful pieces of the business beyond corporate accounting functions, partnering closely with leadership across departments, and contributing to a collaborative senior‑level team.<br />About the Role<br />You’ll join a well‑rounded accounting team working directly with other Sr. Accountant's that have their own defined areas of responsibilities while still working together to create a cohesive, high‑performing function. This structure offers both clear ownership and consistent collaboration.<br />Responsibilities<br />Managing operational (marketing, sales, ops.)‑ related accounting activities, including actuals vs. projections<br />Working closely with senior leadership, including weekly meetings with Senior Leadership<br />Overseeing amortization of prepaids tied to usage and spend patterns<br />Managing business impact programs, including tracking related inventory, revenue, and operating expenses<br />Supporting ongoing operational accounting needs and ensuring accuracy and clarity across cross‑functional cost centers<br />Contributing to month‑end close, reconciliations, reporting, and various ad hoc projects<br />Qualifications<br />5+ years of senior‑level corporate accounting experience in a mid‑to‑large company or 3+ years of experience directly from public accounting - preference to mid to large / national to big 4 sized firms<br />Required Skills<br />Ability to manage a defined set of responsibilities with accuracy, accountability, and initiative<br />A collaborative communication style, especially when partnering with leaders in non‑finance functions<br />Comfort navigating recurring responsibilities with regular interactions across the business<br />Curiosity around process improvements and desire to understand the “why” behind numbers<br />Solid Excel skills; experience with, or interest in learning, SQL or analytical tools - highly desired<br />Pay range and compensation package<br />Base salary targeted between approximately $95K - $115K (base DOE) + 10% bonus.
