You’ll be a core member of our marketing team, shaping how our brand looks and feels across every touchpoint—from direct mail pieces and conference signage to email campaigns, social media, and web experiences. If you love the craft of designing printed marketing materials that move a prospect to action, and get excited about designing responsive web layouts and UI elements, this role is for you.<br /><br />What You’ll Do<br /><br />Print Design<br /><br />Design compelling direct response pieces (brochures, mailers, sell sheets) that drive measurable engagement<br /><br />Lay out our monthly print newsletter<br /><br />Create conference signage, event materials, and branded collateral<br /><br />Digital Design<br /><br />Design high-converting marketing emails, landing pages, and web page layouts<br /><br />Create social media graphics and digital ad creative optimized for multiple platforms<br /><br />Build and maintain presentation slide deck templates and digital brand assets<br /><br />Collaborate with our web/e-commerce team to improve UX and visual design on our digital properties<br /><br />Brand & Collaboration<br /><br />Partner with copywriters, product managers, e-commerce specialists, and business unit leads to deliver on-brand designs<br /><br />Maintain and evolve our brand identity and design system across print and digital channels<br /><br />Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices—and bring fresh ideas to the team<br /><br />What You Bring<br />Must-Haves<br /><br />3+ years of professional graphic design experience spanning both print and digital<br /><br />Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)<br /><br />Strong web/digital design skills—experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD<br /><br />Solid understanding of responsive design principles, email design best practices, and web accessibility basics<br /><br />A portfolio that demonstrates range across print collateral and digital/web assets<br /><br />Sharp eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy<br /><br />Ability to manage multiple projects, hit deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment<br /><br />Collaborative mindset—comfortable incorporating feedback from diverse stakeholders<br /><br />Nice-to-Haves<br /><br />Experience with HTML/CSS basics (enough to understand web implementation)<br /><br />Familiarity with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Lottie)<br /><br />Experience with e-commerce platforms or CMS-based design<br /><br />B2B marketing design experience<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field<br /><br />Why PSMJ?<br /><br />Entrepreneurial, high-energy culture where your work has visible impact<br /><br />Competitive compensation with health insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) match<br /><br />Hybrid flexibility—collaborate in-office 3 days per week, work from home the rest<br /><br />Growth potential in a company that invests in its people<br /><br />Be part of a mission-driven organization making a real difference for AEC industry leaders<br /><br />This role is hybrid, 3 days in office/week at our Newton, Massachusetts headquarters.
