Professional Responsibilities - As a TRUE Sales Representative, your professional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: Selling Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals at Accounts via phone, email and in-person interaction Regularly communicate with clients, resolve client queries, and increase revenue by promoting account engagement. Collaborate with sales teams to generate sales leads Review current and implement new client relationship strategies in coordination with the Sales Management Team Maintain and distribute the comprehensive catalog of sales collateral utilized in current and future programs Crosstrain within the greater Wholesale Channel to aide in growth and development as needed Prepare sales forecasts and reports and present to the Sales Management Team to ensure proper procurement of inventory and sell in of appropriately inventoried items Communicate regularly with the Sales Management Team regarding Accounts Receivable per account Enter order information into the wholesale sales order entry system Collaborate with the Sales Ops Manager to ensure timeliness of outgoing Account orders Monitor sales performance metrics and facilitate timely interventions as needed Comprehend and positively communicate strategic opportunities based on reviews and feedback from Accounts Ability to dream big, forward-think and present these ideas to the team Employment Agreement Benchmarks - We will discuss and review your performance annually, historically during Q1
