<p><b>Compensation Pay Range:</b><br /><br />$17.13 - $23.50<br /><br />The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.<br /><br />The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. The Merchandiser Specialist reports directly to the Sales/Merchandising Manager overseeing the geographical area they service.<br /><br />What You Will Do<br /><br />Service assigned stores as scheduled daily<br /><br />Providing excellent customer service<br /><br />Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and product and shelf cleaning at our customer locations<br /><br />Read planograms<br /><br />Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.<br /><br />Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required<br /><br />Maintain safe store aisles<br /><br />Maintenance of assigned equipment<br /><br />Occasional overnight travel<br /><br />Reporting hours to division on provided time sheets<br /><br />Required Qualifications<br /><br />High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience<br /><br />Must have reliable transportation to travel to convenience stores & customer locations with full coverage insurance.<br /><br />Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision<br /><br />Strong oral & written communication skills<br /><br />Excellent customer service skills<br /><br />Self-motivated, self‑starter with strong attention to detail<br /><br />Current and valid driver's license<br /><br />Must have clean driving record for past 3 years.<br /><br />6+ months reset merchandising or related experience<br /><br />Compensation<br />$20.00<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
