Escalate customer issues to the Payroll Manager.<br /><br />Assist clients with website setup and any necessary reports. Help clients with web payroll setup, reporting, and payroll processing. Identify when custom reports are needed and assist in their setup.<br /><br />Required Education and Experience<br /><br />At least three years of administrative and/or accounting experience.<br /><br />Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and to establish a good, cooperative relationship with clients.<br /><br />Preferred Education and Experience<br /><br />Associate's degree preferred.
