We believe in the power of collaboration and offer a rewarding work environment where you can make a real impact.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>Job Summary</strong></span></p><p></p><p><span>ABA Journey is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a remote role, providing remote services to clients across Georgia. The ideal BCBA candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and implementing treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). BCBA must reside in the State of Georgia. This could be either a full-time or a part-time hourly position with a flexible schedule, allowing for a professional and personal balance.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Assessment & Treatment Planning</strong>:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), skill assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use evidence-based practices to create comprehensive behavior intervention programs tailored to each client’s needs.</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span><strong>Program Implementation</strong>:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by RBTs and other staff.</span></p></li><li><p><span>BCBA moniotrs client progress through data analysis and modify interventions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>As part of our organization's standard, we require all part-time salaried BCBAs to bill a minimum of 10 hours per week. This helps ensure that we meet the needs of our clients and maintain the operational efficiency of our team</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span><strong>Supervision & Training</strong>:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>BCBA provides ongoing supervision and guidance to RBTs, ensuring treatment fidelity.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Offer training and support to families, caregivers, and staff on behavior management strategies.</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span><strong>Collaboration & Communication</strong>:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>BCBA to collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain open communication with families and caregivers regarding treatment progress, goals, and updates.</span></p></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><strong>Compliance & Documentation</strong>:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Ensure that all documentation meets the standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and is in compliance with Georgia State regulations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Complete session notes, progress reports, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner.</span></p><p></p></li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Education & Certification:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span><strong>Experience:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities.</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>BCBA experience in supervising RBTs and other team members is a plus.</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span><strong>Skills:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with families and multidisciplinary teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to analyze data and adjust interventions as needed.</span></p><p></p></li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $75 - $90/hour</p></li><li><p><strong>Full-Time:</strong> Full Time or Part-Time Available</p></li><li><p><strong>Shifts:</strong> Flexible, based on your availability</p></li><li><p><strong>Location:</strong> Georgia, Remote (BCBA must live in GA or within 50 miles of the GA border)</p><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.</p></li><li><p>Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.</p></li><li><p>Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.</p></li></ul><p>Take the next step in making a meaningful difference as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! <strong>Apply Today!</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p>
