We offer modern offices located in Blacksburg, VA. Our office provides an indoor space with moderate temperatures and noise levels. This allows employees to choose a fully-office, fully-remote, or hybrid work experience. Employees may occasionally need to travel to our offices or other locations for items such as training or client visits. We will also provide employees with tools to do their job at home as well as in the office.<br />Physical Demands:<br />Must be able to remain in a stationary position during the duration of the workday. Telework opportunities are available following an initial training period.<br />Minimum requirements:<br />Option I: 9+ years of experience in software development.<br />Option II: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems or related field -AND- 5+ years of experience in software development.<br />Option III: Any combination of education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications.<br />Note: Credit for experience is based on a 40-hour workweek. Part-time experience is credited on a pro rate basis (e.g. working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month of experience).
