Autism care is evolving, and we’re building a new model where children, families, and therapists are truly at the center.

We’re inviting you to help build a Human-First future in autism care.

At Bright Pathways, we believe care is at its best when it’s rooted in relationships, presence, and purpose. Families, children, and therapists all deserve a system designed with them at the center.

That’s why we’re building something different — a place where the way we work, the way we think, and even the words we use reflect what we value most: people.

We don’t refer to children as “cases” or talk about “discharges.” You’ll hear us speak about partnerships, growth plans, and next chapters — because this work isn’t transactional. It’s relational. And deeply human.

We believe that every person — whether a child, a family, or a therapist — holds a depth you can’t see on the surface. Like an ocean that looks simple from above, there’s so much color beneath. Our job is to honor that depth, build systems that reflect it, and never stop seeing people as whole.

This isn’t just our culture — it’s our core. And it starts with the people we bring in early — people like you.

What We’re Offering

A Real Seat at the Table – Your voice helps shape our future. You’ll be part of building, not just delivering

True Flexibility – Your life and well-being matter. We design your role around you

A Human-First Culture – Built on trust, kindness, collaboration, and care — not pressure or micromanagement

Purposeful Innovation – Thoughtful use of tools and tech to simplify your workflow, not complicate it

Your Role

Deliver and oversee meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth

Guide and support RBTs as collaborators

Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful

Help shape our clinical model and company culture as we grow

You Belong Here If You:

Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Texas

Are craving more than just a job — you want to help build a better system

Believe therapy should feel personal, not procedural

Are energized by the idea of doing things differently and humanely

Compensation & Benefits

$85,000–$105,000 salary (based on experience)

401(k)

Customizable benefits — because one-size-fits-all doesn’t work for people

(And yes — this post says “BCBA” because that’s the system we’re in. But what we’re really looking for is a partner — someone who sees beyond the title and shares our mission to bring humanity back to care.)

If this speaks to you, let’s connect!

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Olive Branch ABA- Austin, TX

We're a woman-owned, BCBA-led practice — and we built this place to be the one we wished we'd worked at.

If you've ever stayed up late writing notes you didn't have time for during the day, chased down an authorization that wasn't your job to chase, or felt like the actual clinical work was the smallest part of your week — we see you. We built Olive Branch around a simple belief: when clinicians are genuinely supported, families get better care. Everything below is built on that.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply — a meaningful part of our community speaks Spanish at home, and your fluency would directly shape the families we're able to reach.

Who we are

We help children in the Austin area build confidence, independence, and real-life skills through thoughtful, ethical ABA. We're led by a practicing BCBA, so the people making decisions about your caseload have actually carried one. That changes everything about how we structure your day.

What makes this different: you won't do this alone

This is the part most job posts skip, so we'll put it front and center. You have a team behind you whose entire job is to protect your clinical time:

Client Care Coordinators who handle scheduling, family communication logistics, and the day-to-day coordination that usually eats a BCBA's afternoon.

Dedicated billing and authorization support — so you're not the one on hold with a payer.

Strong RBT training and onboarding, so the technicians you supervise come to you prepared, not green.

Administrative systems designed to reduce documentation, not multiply it.

When we say we want you focused on clinical work and families, we mean we've staffed the rest of it.

What you'd actually do

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Supervise and mentor RBTs (with real support behind you)

Provide parent training and walk alongside families

Monitor progress and adjust goals as kids grow and change

Collaborate with a clinical team that talks to each other

Compensation & benefits

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 with performance-based bonuses

Flexible scheduling that respects your life outside of work

Paid time off and paid holidays

Professional development stipends

Dedicated administrative, scheduling, and client care support

A collaborative team that has your back

Come build something that lasts

If you're looking for a place where you're supported, respected, and free to do the work you got into this field to do, we'd love to meet you.

Join Olive Branch ABA and help Austin's kids and families build skills that last.
