Talent Sourcing & Research 50%<br /><br />Market Mapping: Conduct deep‑drive research into target companies to identify top‑tier talent that is aligned to our client needs.<br /><br />Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter Professional, Boolean search strings, and our internal database to build diverse candidate pipelines.<br /><br />Outreach: Craft personalized, high‑conversion outreach messages that reflect AIP’s authentic and professional brand voice.<br /><br />2. Recruitment 25%<br /><br />Import Job descriptions into our ATS (Lever) and ensure job postings are advertised on the appropriate channels.<br /><br />Screen incoming resumes and shortlist candidates for screening interviews.<br /><br />Shadowing & Interviews: Participate in and shadow senior‑led interviews for executive level searches to learn the AIP Method of behavioral assessment.<br /><br />Candidate Prep Administration: Coach candidates for client interviews, providing them with deep insights into company culture, technical expectations, and fit nuances.<br /><br />Reference Management: Conduct thorough, insightful professional reference checks and background checks (using Certn) that add qualitative value to the candidate profile.<br /><br />Presentations: Develop compelling Candidate Presentation decks for clients, highlighting not just skills, but the human reason why they are a match.<br /><br />Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our emerging talent searches.<br /><br />New search project administration: Shadowing and supporting kickoff calls to ensure a seamless transition from the initial brief to executive delivery. Including:<br /><br />Inmail outreach drafts<br /><br />Draft up interview feedback forms<br /><br />Easybook link setups if required.<br /><br />3. Strategic Operations 25%<br /><br />Lever ATS Management: Spearheading the optimization of Lever to automate workflows, refine candidate pipelines, and ensure 100% data accuracy for real‑time reporting.<br /><br />Data‑Driven Insights: Auditing and maintaining data integrity to produce reliable market intelligence and salary benchmarking, enabling consultants to provide evidence‑based advisory.<br /><br />Workshop Administration: Developing high‑level workshop content and framework for the team, editing the presentation to be client ready.<br /><br />New search project administration: Shadowing and supporting kickoff calls to ensure a seamless transition from the initial brief to executive delivery. Including:<br /><br />Inmail outreach drafts<br /><br />Draft up interview feedback forms<br /><br />Easybook link setups if required.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Experience: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a high‑volume administrative/research role.<br /><br />Research Savvy: You know how to dig. You are comfortable navigating LinkedIn and various digital tools to find hidden talent.<br /><br />Communication: Exceptional storytelling and writing skills.
