Reporting directly to the Lead Analyst - Contracts, the Analyst – Contract is responsible for managing rent-related accounting activities, processing accounts receivable and payable transactions, reconciling rent statements, and maintaining accurate records for assigned stores.</p><p>This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills to ensure the timely and accurate processing of rent invoices, payments, reconciliations, and franchisee communications.
