Nous visons l'excellence</p>Description du poste<br /><br /><p>Relevant du <strong>Superviseur de la comptabilité</strong>, l'<strong>Analyste comptable </strong>joue un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe des finances en soutenant les activités de clôture financière, la production de l'information financière et les initiatives d'amélioration continue. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes des finances et des opérations, cette personne contribue à l'exactitude des données financières, à l'optimisation des processus et des systèmes, et fournit des analyses pertinentes afin de soutenir la prise de décisions d'affaires.</p><p><strong>Vos responsabilités :</strong></p><p> </p><p>Relevant du Superviseur de la comptabilité, le titulaire du poste aura les responsabilités suivantes :</p><ul><li>Comptabiliser les écritures de journal récurrentes au grand livre (GL);</li><li>Participer aux activités de clôture financière de fin de mois;</li><li>Prendre en charge le processus d'analyse des écarts du compte de résultats (P</li><li>Préparer les analyses du bilan;</li><li>Développer des modèles financiers et réaliser des analyses ponctuelles afin de soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration;</li><li>Participer aux projets d'automatisation et d'optimisation des processus financiers;</li><li>Contribuer à l'amélioration et à la standardisation des indicateurs de performance financière;</li><li>Mettre en œuvre les recommandations visant à améliorer l'exactitude et la qualité de l'information financière;</li><li>Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et des contrôles;</li><li>Contribuer à assurer l'exactitude, l'exhaustivité, le respect des périodes comptables (cut-off) et l'existence des données financières;</li><li>Agir comme personne-ressource entre les opérations et l'équipe des finances afin de soutenir les activités quotidiennes</li></ul>Qualifications<br /><br /><p><strong>Pour rejoindre notre équipe:</strong></p><ul><li>Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en comptabilité, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe;</li><li>Minimum de 4 à 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, incluant une expérience avec des systèmes financiers;</li><li>Excellente maîtrise d'Excel;</li><li>Expérience en amélioration et optimisation des processus financiers;</li><li>Expérience de participation à des projets de migration de systèmes financiers;</li><li>Solides aptitudes en leadership, en analyse et en résolution de problèmes;</li><li>Esprit critique et capacité à formuler des recommandations;</li><li>Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et imputabilité;</li><li>Bilinguisme (français et anglais).</li></ul><p><strong>Atouts:</strong></p><ul><li>Expérience avec un ou plusieurs systèmes financiers, notamment Microsoft Great Plains, Recy, Maximo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ou tout autre ERP similaire.</li></ul><br /><br />Informations complémentaires<br /><br /><p><strong>Ce que nous offrons:</strong></p><ul><li>Salaire concurrentiel et autres avantages sociaux</li><li>Assurance collective et régime enregistré d'épargne-retraite (REER) ;</li><li>Activités d'entreprise tout au long de l'année (barbecue, fête de Noël, etc.) ;</li><li>Salle de sport gratuite sur place ;</li><li>Deux cafétérias sur place (programme de repas subventionnés disponible) ;</li><li>Environnement de travail dynamique et stimulant : travaillez sur des projets importants et valorisants dans une ambiance conviviale !</li></ul></div></div>
