This role requires an individual who can forge and nurture client relationships while driving sales of our industrial products.</p><p> Key Responsibilities:</p><p>- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.</p><p>- Meet or surpass sales targets, demonstrating a keen understanding of client needs.</p><p>- Provide exemplary customer service and ongoing support to maintain client satisfaction.</p><p>- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.</p><p>- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration.</p><p>- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and product advancements.</p><p>- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise compelling promotional materials and campaigns.</p><p>- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to showcase our offerings.</p><p>- Generate and furnish regular sales reports and forecasts to management.</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>- Familiar with industrial tools and machinery with brands such as FESTOOL, FELDER, HAMMER, FORMAT 4, MAYER and their applications.</p><p>- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably within the industrial products sector.</p><p>- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.</p><p>- Demonstrated track record in building and sustaining client relationships.</p><p>- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.</p><p>- Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving targets.</p><p>- Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.</p><p>- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.</p><p>Physical Demands:</p><p>- Ability to engage in regular activities such as sitting, standing, walking, and driving.</p><p>- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.</p><p>Working Conditions:</p><p>- Occasional travel to client sites and participation in industry events.</p><p>- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours, including evenings and weekends.</p><p>Benefits:</p><p>- Competitive compensation and commission, commensurate with performance.</p><p>- Opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic organization.</p><p>- Exposure to various operational and marketing facets within a small business environment.</p><p>Please don't hesitate to schedule a time to talk!</p></div></div></div>
