This role involves addressing manufacturing discrepancies, implementing process improvements using Lean principles, and executing sustaining engineering tasks. Reporting to the Manufacturing Systems Team Lead, this position ensures the integrity and efficiency of manufacturing operations.</p><ul><li>Resolve production issue escalations by managing problem reports, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions using the 8D methodology. Facilitate status review meetings with stakeholders and act as the primary technical liaison between Operations and R&amp;D for issue escalation and resolution</li><li>Identify inefficiencies, process variations and non-conformance issues within LMI’s component fabrication and production manufacturing processes. Lead sustaining engineering initiatives and redesign projects focused on improving quality and reducing costs through the application of Lean principles. </li><li>Execute engineering change requests (ECRs), engineering change orders (ECOs), and associated engineering activities.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introduction (NPI) projects.
