This role also focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams by providing prompt, accurate, and dependable support to foster long‑term customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and customer‑focused, with the ability to work in both English and French in a fast‑paced environment. About the Role<br />The Customer Care Representative serves as a recognized subject matter expert, responsible for resolving complex billing issues, customer escalations, and non‑routine service challenges requiring advanced analysis, sound judgment, and deep system knowledge. The role is designed for experienced professionals who demonstrate strong critical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and leadership behaviors without direct authority.
