(Up to 10 hours per week). </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Clinic BCBA will support their caseload by providing behavior analytic supervision to ABA therapists. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>BCBA may be providing supervision for BT’s or RBT’s working 1:1 with students, delivering evidence-based supervision techniques such as behavioral skills training. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>BCBA may not only need to administer skills assessments, but also preference, and reinforcer assessments. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>BCBA will provide programming to support the students to achieve their treatment goals. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>BCBA will be required to create behavior support plans, based on the clients’ individual needs and behaviors. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Additionally, considerations should be made for families and their level of experience, for family training sessions. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Family training targets may need to be explicitly written and explained to those who have little to no experience working in the field of applied behavior analysis. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>BCBA will set up data collection systems and ensure ongoing and accurate data collection is occurring. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>BCBA will attend team meetings for coordination of care as requested by the family and be prepared to report on current levels of behaviors. In this role you will monitor, triage, and respond to security events across DEKA's security stack; support security operations and incident response activities; collaborate with engineers and cross-functional IT teams; and contribute to the maintenance and improvement of security tools, documentation, and processes.
