Join the industry's fastest growing technology company to shape that future today.<br />Job Summary<br /><br />We are seeking a Production Planner and Analyst to create and manage a manufacturing plan for areas of manufacturing, including but not limited to automation, hand lines, and other equipment, as well as assisting in management of new product introductions into manufacturing.<br />This position will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities for US-based manufacturing for DAS and RAN product lines. Primary duties can include but are not limited to scheduling activities, operational review and reporting of forecast, data analytics, material master setup and management, managing department deliverables, developing production strategies, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. This role will require a large amount of SAP utilization and development to effectively and efficiently drive the manufacturing areas and other internal stakeholders to support customer satisfaction and/or on time to commit (OTTC).<br />Large focus on developing and maintaining S&OP and D&OP processes to assist driving the organization to meet forecast volumes across all business units. Utilizing forecast and system data to prepare analysis of forecast accuracy, inventory projections, manufacturing readiness, capacity and machine requirements for organizational decision making and performance monitoring alongside the planning manager.<br />Essential Duties & Responsibilities:<br />Create and manage a manufacturing plan based on forecast and customer orders utilizing SAP GIB Module to ensure maximum performance<br />Release manufacturing orders based on Materials Requirement Planning system (MRP)<br />Analyze and update MRP to ensure data is accurate and up to date<br />Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand<br />Manage forecast within SAP weekly to ensure expired forecasts are removed<br />Manage delivery dates for customer orders within 48 hours of booking<br />Ordering materials from the warehouse to the production floor in a timely manner<br />Manage the quality inspection priority list<br />Assist in coordination with suppliers where needed<br />Inventory analytics and safety stock management, lead all business units review and report summaries including projections, actions, and expectations for all Business Units globally<br />Execute material movement transactions where necessary<br />Track and monitor inventory to support the schedule requirements<br />Report weekly, shortages for the next 3 weeks of demand<br />Develop and execute a recovery plan for any shortages<br />Report risks and priorities to manufacturing and leadership<br />Assist in the release process of new product<br />Oversee the workflow of the production facility<br />Help to resolve SAP discrepancies and errors<br />Execute material movement transactions where necessary (Reservations)<br />Continuous improvements to SAP GIB with IT and system ops teams<br />Review bookings daily and optimize manufacturing plans based on lead times and customer requirements<br />Analyze and foresee potential obstacles and devise proactive strategies to mitigate risk<br />Communicate with all departments about expedites, delays, or any changes to the schedule<br />Review and understand drawings, deviations, and quality alerts and the impact to the product and schedule<br />Interface with manufacturing facility and other departments and maintain a good working relationship<br />Manage, track, and report on forecast for S&OP review.
