Job Profile
A Supervisor at LIC is responsible for:

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates)
- Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates)
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Insurance
- MBA in Finance/Marketing/Human Resources
- Associate/Fellow of Insurance Institute of India
Age Limit:
Candidates should be between 21 to 30 years as of June 1, 2024 (candidates must have been born not earlier than June 2, 1994, and not later than June 1, 2003).
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: 3 years
- PwBD candidates: 10 years
- Ex-servicemen and commissioned officers: 5 years
- Candidates with 3 years of continuous service in LIC: 5 years
Computer Proficiency:
Candidates should be proficient in computer applications and should have knowledge of MS Office, internet usage, and email management.
Language Skills:
Candidates should be fluent in English and the regional language of the zone they are applying for.
Nationality:
Candidates must be:
- a citizen of India, or
- a subject of Nepal, or
- a subject of Bhutan, or
- a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
