Key Responsibilities:

Provide basic healthcare services to community
Conduct health surveys and data collection
Assist in immunization and vaccination programs

Eligibility

Educational Qualifications:

12th standard (HSC) from recognized board
Certificate course in Multipurpose Health Worker
ANM/GNM qualification preferred
Basic computer knowledge required

Age Limit:

Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 35 years for general candidates
Age relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years)
Women candidates (5 years relaxation)

Physical Requirements:

Physically fit for field work
Ability to travel to different areas
Good vision and hearing capacity
Medical fitness certificate required

Other Requirements:

Gujarat domicile preferred
Knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi languages
Basic English communication skills
