Job Responsibilities
Professor:

Eligibility Criteria
For Professor:
- Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in relevant discipline from a recognized university
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/professional experience in relevant field, with at least 5 years at Associate Professor level
- Creative Work: Outstanding contribution in the field with evidence of published work and participation in national/international seminars/conferences
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years (relaxation as per government norms)
For Associate Professor:
- Educational Qualification: Ph.D. or Master's degree in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/professional experience in relevant field
- Creative Work: Significant contribution in the field with published work and participation in film festivals/conferences
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (relaxation as per government norms)
Department-Specific Requirements:
Direction & Screenplay Writing:
- Evidence of directed films/documentaries
- Screenplays written and produced
- Recognition at film festivals
Cinematography:
- Portfolio of cinematography work
- Knowledge of camera equipment and lighting techniques
- Experience with both film and digital formats
Editing:
- Edited works in film/television
- Knowledge of editing software and techniques
- Understanding of narrative structure and visual storytelling
Sound Recording & Design:
- Experience in sound recording for films/documentaries
- Knowledge of sound equipment and recording techniques
- Sound design credits in films/television
Producing for Film & Television:
- Experience in producing films/television content
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and production management
- Understanding of distribution and marketing
Animation Cinema:
- Portfolio of animation work

Age Relaxation:
