Eligibility
Educational Qualification
- IT Officer: BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science/IT with 60% marks
- Manager (Risk): MBA/PGDM in Finance/Risk Management/Economics
- Manager (Credit): MBA/CA/CFA with credit analysis experience
- Deputy Manager (Finance): CA/ICWA/MBA Finance
- Manager (HR): MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
- Minimum 60% marks in graduation and post-graduation
Experience Requirements
- IT Officer: 1-3 years in software development/system administration
- Manager positions: 2-7 years relevant experience
- Chief Manager: 5-12 years in banking/finance sector
- Deputy Manager: 1-5 years specialized experience
- Fresh graduates eligible for select IT Officer positions
Age Limit
- General/EWS: 21-35 years
- OBC: 21-38 years (3 years relaxation)
- SC/ST: 21-40 years (5 years relaxation)
