Job Responsibilities

For PGT:

• Teaching Classes 11-12 in the respective subject
• Preparing students for board examinations
• Developing lesson plans and teaching materials
• Conducting assessments and evaluations
• Guiding students in career counseling
• Participating in co-curricular and extracurricular activities
• Maintaining student records
• Any other duties assigned by the Principal

For TGT:

• Teaching Classes 6-10 in the respective subject
• Preparing students for examinations
• Developing teaching materials and aids
• Conducting regular assessments
• Mentoring students for their all-round development
• Organizing co-curricular activities
• Maintaining student progress records
• Any other duties assigned by the Principal

For PRT:

• Teaching all subjects to Classes 1-5
• Developing foundational skills in students
• Using activity-based teaching methods
• Conducting continuous and comprehensive evaluation
• Engaging with parents for student development
• Organizing classroom activities and displays
• Maintaining student records and portfolios
• Any other duties assigned by the Principal

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of the following stages:

1. Written Examination (100 marks): Multiple choice questions on subject knowledge, teaching methodology, and general awareness.
2. Teaching Skill Test (50 marks): Candidates will be asked to deliver a demonstration lesson to assess their teaching skills.
3. Interview (30 marks): To assess communication skills, subject knowledge, and teaching aptitude.
