Eligibility

Eligibility Criteria

For Professor:

  • Educational Qualification: Ph.D. degree in relevant discipline
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience in university/college as Assistant or Associate Professor or equivalent, with evidence of published work
  • Publications: A minimum of 10 research publications in UGC-CARE listed journals
  • Research Guidance: Successful guidance provided to at least 2 Ph.D. candidates
  • Age Limit: Preferably below 58 years

For Associate Professor:

  • Educational Qualification: Ph.D. degree in relevant discipline
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience in university/college as Assistant Professor or equivalent, with evidence of published work
  • Publications: A minimum of 7 research publications in UGC-CARE listed journals
  • Age Limit: Preferably below 50 years

For Assistant Professor:

  • Educational Qualification: Master's degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant discipline
  • Additional Qualification: Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or CSIR, or similar tests like SLET/SET, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the UGC Regulations 2009 or 2016
  • Age Limit: Preferably below 40 years

For Deputy Registrar:

  • Educational Qualification: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade
  • Experience: 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor in AGP of Rs. 6000 and above with experience in educational administration, OR 5 years of experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent post
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 50 years

For Assistant Registrar:

  • Educational Qualification: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade
  • Experience: At least 3 years of administrative experience in a supervisory capacity in a University, Research Institution, or Government organization
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years

For Section Officer:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in administrative/accounts work in a University, College, or Educational Institution
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer applications
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years

For Technical Assistant:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering/Technology in the relevant field OR Diploma in Engineering/Technology with 3 years of experience
  • Computer Skills: Certificate course in computer applications
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years

For Library Assistant:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Library Science/Library & Information Science OR Graduate with Diploma in Library Science
  • Computer Skills: Knowledge of Library Management Software
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST candidates: 5 years
