Key Responsibilities:
- Implement government schemes and programs at village level
- Assist in rural development and poverty alleviation programs
- Conduct surveys and data collection for various schemes
- Facilitate community participation in development activities
- Maintain records and documentation of village activities
- Coordinate with Gram Panchayat and block-level officials
- Support in organizing village meetings and awareness programs
- Monitor and evaluate development projects in villages
Work Environment:

Eligibility
Educational Qualifications:
- 12th standard (Plus Two) from a recognized board
- Diploma in Rural Development or related field preferred
- Basic computer knowledge mandatory
- Knowledge of local language (Odia) essential
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 32 years for general candidates
- Age relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years)
- Women candidates (5 years relaxation)
- Ex-servicemen as per government norms
Experience Requirements:
- Fresh candidates eligible for entry-level positions
- Experience in rural development work preferred
- Community service experience advantageous
- NGO or social work experience beneficial
Other Requirements:
- Odisha domicile certificate mandatory
- Physical fitness for field work
- Two-wheeler driving license preferred
- Good communication skills in Odia and Hindi
- Willingness to work in rural areas
- Clean criminal record
