Detailed Job Responsibilities

District Coordinator:

  • Overall coordination of rural development programs at district level
  • Liaison with government officials and implementing agencies
  • Monitoring and evaluation of various schemes
  • Capacity building of field staff and community members
  • Preparation of reports and data analysis

Block Coordinator:

  • Implementation of programs at block level
  • Training and supervision of field staff
  • Community engagement and mobilization
  • Data collection and reporting
  • Coordination with Panchayati Raj institutions

Community Mobilizer:

  • Direct interaction with rural communities
  • Formation and strengthening of Self Help Groups (SHGs)
  • Awareness generation about government schemes
  • Facilitation of community meetings
  • Documentation of field activities

Eligibility Criteria

District Coordinator:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in rural development/NGO sector
  • Age: 25-45 years
  • Knowledge of Odia language mandatory

Block Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in social work/rural development
  • Age: 21-40 years
  • Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills

Field Supervisor:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2 years field experience preferred
  • Age: 21-35 years
  • Two-wheeler license and willingness to travel

General Requirements:

  • Indian citizenship
  • Resident of Odisha (preference given)
  • Physical fitness for field work
  • No criminal background
  • Commitment to rural development
