Detailed Job Responsibilities
District Coordinator:
- Overall coordination of rural development programs at district level
- Liaison with government officials and implementing agencies
- Monitoring and evaluation of various schemes
- Capacity building of field staff and community members
- Preparation of reports and data analysis
Block Coordinator:
- Implementation of programs at block level
- Training and supervision of field staff
- Community engagement and mobilization
- Data collection and reporting
- Coordination with Panchayati Raj institutions
Community Mobilizer:
- Direct interaction with rural communities
- Formation and strengthening of Self Help Groups (SHGs)
- Awareness generation about government schemes
- Facilitation of community meetings
- Documentation of field activities
Eligibility Criteria
District Coordinator:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in rural development/NGO sector
- Age: 25-45 years
- Knowledge of Odia language mandatory
Block Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in social work/rural development
- Age: 21-40 years
- Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills
Field Supervisor:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2 years field experience preferred
- Age: 21-35 years
- Two-wheeler license and willingness to travel
General Requirements:
- Indian citizenship
- Resident of Odisha (preference given)
- Physical fitness for field work
- No criminal background
- Commitment to rural development
