Selected candidates will be posted in Bhopal and Indore Metro Rail Projects based on the requirements of MPMRCL.
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
- Online Written Examination
- Psychometric Test (for specific positions)
- Technical Skill Test/Computer Proficiency Test (as applicable)
- Medical Examination
- Document Verification
Contract Period
Selected candidates will be appointed on a contract basis initially for a period of 3 years, which may be extended based on performance and organizational requirements.

Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria
For Station Controller/Train Operator:
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
- Experience: Freshers can apply. Experience in metro/railway operations will be preferred
- Age Limit: 18-30 years (as on January 1, 2025)
- Additional Requirements: Medical Category A-1 (as per Indian Railway Medical Manual)
For Junior Engineer (Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Mechanical):
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in respective engineering discipline from a recognized university/institute
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field
- Age Limit: 18-30 years (as on January 1, 2025)
For Maintainer (Electrical/Electronics/Civil):
- Educational Qualification: ITI in relevant trade from a recognized institute
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field
- Age Limit: 18-28 years (as on January 1, 2025)
For Customer Relations Assistant:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- Additional Requirements: Proficiency in Hindi and English, Good communication skills
- Age Limit: 18-28 years (as on January 1, 2025)
For Account Assistant:
- Educational Qualification: B.Com with at least 50% marks from a recognized university
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
- Additional Requirements: Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software
- Age Limit: 18-30 years (as on January 1, 2025)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwD: 10 years
- Ex-servicemen: As per government rules
Physical Standards:
