Fast-paced ticket-based workflow support, enhancements Responsibilities : Enhance and maintain existing .NET-based enterprise applications Work extensively on MS SQL queries, stored procedures, performance tuning Analyze system incidents, defects, and enhancement requests Handle defect tickets, release tickets, and change requests Design and modify database objects (tables, views, indexes) Support business users by translating requirements into system changes Perform application testing and validation of system updates Document technical components, workflows, and system processes Required Experience 5 years of hands-on experience with: .NET (C#, ASP.NET ), MS SQL Server advanced querying, stored procedures, tuning Strong experience in: Working on existing/production systems. System analysis and issue resolution. Multi-tier enterprise applications 5 years experience with Data modeling and database design, OLTP / high-performance database environments Experience with Version control tools TFS, Git, etc., Technical documentation 3 years experience with Crystal Reports Highly Preferred Experience with Government / Public sector systems, Healthcare or regulatory systems, Case management or tracking systems ATACS or similar
