What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the ordering process Manage customer inquiries from start to finish Provide support via phone, email, and chat Route requests to the appropriate teams Identify recurring issues and escalate concerns as needed Help ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment What We're Looking For 2 years of customer service, or retail experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences Work Schedule Up to 90 days of on-site training Hybrid schedule after training, with 2-3 days per week in the office Ready to join a team that keeps the aviation industry moving?
