Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative Location: New York Metro Area (NYC, NJ, CT) Compensation: $65,000 Base Salary Commission We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow business across the New York Metro market. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities. Responsibilities Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Develop long-term relationships with clients and key accounts. Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals. Identify new market opportunities and drive territory growth. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and close opportunities. Maintain accurate prospect and customer records. Qualifications 5 years of sales experience preferred. B2B sales experience strongly preferred. Background in construction, plumbing, electrical, commercial services, or related industries is a plus. Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Territory This position covers New York City (all five boroughs), New Jersey, and Connecticut.
