Sales Representative NY/NJ Competitive Base Salary Commissions We are seeking a motivated and relationship driven Sales Representative to promote our title services to residential and commercial real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and potential property buyers/sellers to generate new business for the company. Responsibilities: Market the company’s title and escrow services to prospective clients in the real estate industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, attorneys, and lenders. Set up meetings, lunches, and/or dinners Etc. with prospective clients to build rapport and discuss services. Attend networking events, industry meetings, and client appointments to promote services. Serve as the point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth closing process. Requirements: Experience in real estate, title, mortgage, or related sales/marketing roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self starter with strong networking abilities. Goal oriented and able to work independently.
