This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments. We provide thorough training to ensure you have all the product knowledge needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and moderate outbound phone calls while maintaining a positive customer experience. Utilize digital platforms to organize and streamline business operations. Effectively communicate information to team members and other departments.
