We’re expanding and seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our client base by securing new business contracts with commercial, residential, and other industries where security services are essential. Position Overview: The Sales Representative will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing security service contracts. This role combines office, field, and remote work — ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong networking and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and identify potential new client sites across various industries (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, construction, etc.) Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (property managers, business owners, directors) Prepare and present proposals for security contracts Negotiate contract terms in alignment with company standards Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure successful account setup and staffing Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or business development , preferably in security, facility management, or staffing Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-starter with a results-driven mindset Familiarity with the NYC metro area and local businesses is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $40,000–$50,000 Commission structure based on performance Opportunities for advancement Flexible hybrid work (office, field, and remote) Supportive team environment How to Apply: Submit your resume via Indeed along with a brief cover letter describing your sales experience and your approach to securing new contracts.
