We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Foreclosure Coordinator to join our growing team. </p><p>Essential Functions: </p><ul><li><span><span>Preparing and submitting Foreclosure referrals to foreclosure counsel on eligible delinquent loans.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Knowledgeable in agency, investor or insurer timelines and documents requirements for judicial and non-judicial foreclosures.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Receives, reviews, and sights exceptions to counsel on all legal documents as it relates to the foreclosure action.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Manages various inquiries/problems relative to the execution of foreclosure documents.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Reports on attorney performance regarding response time to issues/problems and/or revision of legal documents.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Diligently follows up on all outstanding requests and telephone calls from internal and external partners.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Manages reports geared to drive workflow.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Manages exception reporting used as key controls for minimizing risk.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Knowledgeable in company, investor or insurer timelines and documents requirements for judicial and non-judicial foreclosures.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Monitors Foreclosure documents, identifying trends or risks associated with the portfolio.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Notify management of all potential </span><span>high risk</span><span> matters that pose a risk to the company or investor.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Follow departmental and business policies with strict adherence.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Prioritize allocated work to ensure timely and accurate resolution to both external and internal partners.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Actively reviews and pursues all loss mitigation alternatives in all appropriate customer circumstances and </span><span>forward</span><span> any potential customers to the </span><span>appropriate Loss</span><span> Mitigation Department for consideration.</span></span></li></ul><p>Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: </p><ul><li><span><span>2+ years of Foreclosure or Bankruptcy experience.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to build rapport quickly to convert inquiries into proper transfers to departments/agents for resolution.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Desire to take personal responsibility to complete tasks and solve problems.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Bachelors</span><span> or relevant experience in the field.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent organizational skills.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to remain professional even under strenuous situations.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Intermediate in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</span></span></li><li><span><span>MSP or FICS’ Mortgage Servicer a plus</span></span></li></ul></div><br /><br /><br /><br /><p>PI7065ceac4f7e-37961-41021220</p>
