Ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an Architecture, Construction or Engineering program and possesses strong interpersonal skills, technical problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and enjoys working within a fast-paced innovative environment.</p> <br /><p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Previous experience working in the AEC industry preferred but not required.</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</strong></p><ol><li>Understanding of the main principles of architecture, engineering, and construction</li><li>BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology</li><li>Experience in Autodesk Revit &amp; AutoCAD. Navisworks is also preferred, but not required</li><li>Experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore, P6 and/or Synchro preferred, but not required</li><li>Highly organized with ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Aptitude for working collaboratively with teams on projects</li><li>Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>High level of professionalism, motivation, attention to detail</li><li>Resilient, positive, and confident character</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ol><li>Review and audit 3D models from consultants and contractors in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks</li><li>Manages BIM Construction Process and ensures BIM Execution Plan is being observed</li><li>Conducts Clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage</li><li>Issue meeting agenda, minutes, and reports based on coordination</li><li>Hold weekly coordination meeting with project team members</li><li>Early design review and constructability analysis</li><li>Manages/Updates the organization and distribution of BIM projects</li><li>BIM and VDC Technology integration in the field</li><li>Works alongside Project Manager, Project Engineers, Superintendents to ensure projects are coordinated correctly and efficiently</li></ol><p> </p> <br /><p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. xowvosu    Salary range: $70K-$90K yearly</p>PandoLogic.
