You'll install, troubleshoot, train, and support customers on advanced machinery and software, often under pressure. What You'll Do Install, start up, and instruct customers on technology represented by Stiles Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field Document work performed, problems encountered, and customer concerns clearly and promptly Recommend improvements pertaining to reliability, performance, and long-term operation Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a technical partner and problem solver, not just a service call Assist in training customers and Stiles service representatives on proper equipment use and maintenance Maintain showroom equipment and assist with customer demos as needed Continuously develop your skills and knowledge of the technology you're working on while working alongside vendor technicians and experienced Stiles team members Regional travel averaging four days per week, with overtime and mileage reimbursement What You Can Expect from Stiles Competitive pay A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement options Nationally accredited training programs, ongoing technical development, and clear paths for career growth within and outside of service A team that understands the demands of field service because many of our leaders have been service representatives themselves Prompt overtime and mileage reimbursement What You'll Need A valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly A flexible schedule and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism Two years of technical schooling in electronics or a related field, equivalent hands-on experience, a related associate's degree, or a willingness to learn Prior experience in CNC, PC-based controls, machine service, maintenance, or operation or completion of a Field Service training program Why You Should Apply Because here, your work matters to customers, to your teammates, and to your future.
