We’re looking for personable, motivated people who can build relationships, understand a customer’s vision, and help turn that vision into a finished space. </p><p></p><p> Whether you enjoy meeting business owners in person or guiding customers through decisions by phone and video, there’s an opportunity to grow with Vyynl. </p><p></p><p> Field Sales Representatives </p><p></p><p> You’ll introduce Vyynl to businesses throughout your assigned NYC territory and create opportunities for our remote closing team. </p><p></p><p> What you’ll do: </p><p></p><p> Visit local businesses and introduce Vyynl’s services. </p><p></p><p> Identify opportunities at new storefronts, renovated spaces, and businesses ready to refresh their branding. </p><p></p><p> Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s needs, budget, and timing. </p><p></p><p> Gather contact information, project details, and photos with permission. </p><p> Schedule consultations and provide clear handoffs to remote closers. </p><p> Maintain accurate lead records and follow up with business owners. </p><p> Work toward agreed goals while building lasting relationships. </p><p></p><p> Remote Sales Closers </p><p></p><p> You’ll help prospective customers move from initial interest to an approved project, working closely with our field representatives, designers, and project team. </p><p></p><p> What you’ll do: </p><p></p><p> Conduct sales consultations by phone or video. </p><p> Follow up with qualified opportunities from field representatives and other outreach channels. </p><p> Clarify project scope, customer priorities, budget, and timing. </p><p></p><p> Coordinate with the team to prepare accurate proposals. </p><p> Explain options, answer questions, and address concerns with care. </p><p></p><p> Secure approvals and coordinate the transition to the project team. </p><p> Keep clear records of conversations, proposals, and next steps. </p><p></p><p> Who we’re looking for </p><p></p><p> Confident communicators who listen carefully and follow through. </p><p></p><p> Organized, dependable people who take ownership of their work. </p><p> Self-motivated candidates who welcome coaching and feedback. </p><p></p><p> People interested in design, branding, and helping businesses improve their spaces. </p><p></p><p> Field representatives must be comfortable approaching business owners and traveling throughout their assigned NYC territory. </p><p></p><p> Remote closers should be comfortable conducting phone and video consultations and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Previous closing experience is helpful, but not required. </p><p></p><p> Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or business development is welcome. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. </p><p></p><p> Compensation &amp; Training </p><p></p><p> Both roles are commission-only opportunities with no base salary. </p><p></p><p> Potential earnings target: $3,000–$6,000 per month, equivalent to $36,000–$72,000 over 12 months. Actual earnings depend on sales volume, project value, individual performance, and the applicable commission structure.
