We are hiring a Territory Sales Representative for a field-based outside sales role focused on developing brand-new territories and growing reseller relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with inside sales, account management, industrial, construction, agricultural, or blue-collar sales experience looking to break into outside sales. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. You'll spend most of your time on the road making in-person customer visits, prospecting new dealers, conducting product demos, and building long-term relationships across your territory. Territory Sales Representative - Benefits and Compensation Base salary: $70,000-$80,000 First-year OTE: $90,000-$100,000+ Dealer sign-on bonuses and growth incentives Company-provided van, laptop, and cell phone Company-paid gas, hotels, and travel expenses $50/day meal per diem Health benefits with company contribution toward premiums PTO offered Territory Sales Representative - Requirements &amp; Qualifications Some sales experience required (inside sales, account management, pro desk, industrial sales, etc.) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and willingness to cold prospect Comfortable spending most of the week driving and meeting customers face-to-face Experience in industrial, construction, agricultural, manufacturing, warehousing, or related industries is highly preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Territory Sales Representative - Preferred Background &amp; Skills Ability to develop new business through daily in-person cold visits and relationship building Manage and grow a territory of dealers, retailers, contractors, and industrial accounts Conduct product demonstrations and support reseller partners Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, follow-up, referrals, and networking Travel throughout your territory with overnight travel averaging 3 nights per week Maintain CRM activity and customer follow-up This role is ideal for someone hungry to grow their sales career, build a territory from the ground up, and thrive in a relationship-driven outside sales environment.
