Job DescriptionThe Client Support Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing professional and courteous service while supporting daily office operations.Accurately document and update information in the firm's systems.Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.Provide front desk coverage as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and common areas.Participate in training and remain current on firm processes, procedures, and service standards.QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills.Basic computer and data entry skills.Must be able to work onsite five (5) days per week in our New York office located at 535 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY.Legal experience is not required.
