This is a highly interactive, field-based sales role where your energy, hustle, and ability to build relationships directly impact your success. </p><p></p><p> You’ll engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations, educate them on the benefits of fiber internet, and guide them through the signup process all while building lasting connections in the community. </p><p></p><p> No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one. </p><p></p><p><b> What You’ll Do: </b></p><p>· Engage directly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach and in-person conversations. </p><p>· Educate residents on the benefits of FastBridge Fiber internet and services. </p><p>· Generate leads, referrals, and new customer sign-ups within your territory. </p><p>· Distribute marketing materials such as door hangers and community information. </p><p>· Represent FastBridge Fiber at local events, pop-ups, and community initiatives. </p><p>· Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals. </p><p>· Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude in every interaction. </p><p></p><p><b> What to Expect: </b></p><p>· Schedule <b> : </b> Primarily Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (some flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events)</p><p>· End of Month or Launch schedule can flatulate. </p><p>· Travel could be required. </p><p>· A fully field-based role, no desk required. </p><p>· A fast-paced, team-oriented, and performance-driven environment </p><p>· Ongoing coaching, training, and career development opportunities </p><p>· Territory-based work with opportunities to expand as we grow. </p><p></p><p><b> Compensation &amp; Benefits: </b></p><p>· $20/hour base pay paid weekly </p><p>· Uncapped Commissions paid monthly. </p><p>· On Target earnings: $80,000-$100,000+ annually </p><p>· Clear path for Career advancement </p><p>· Medical, Dental and Vision insurance </p><p>· 401 K Plan </p><p>· Paid time off and company holidays </p><p>· Supportive, competitive, and fun team culture </p><p><b> What we are looking for: </b></p><ul><li> A strong desire to succeed in a performance-based sales role. </li><li> Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to approach new people. </li><li> Self-motivated with excellent time management skills </li><li> Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods daily. </li><li> Resilient and positive attitude when facing rejection. </li><li> Basic familiarity with mobile devices (smartphones/tablets)</li></ul><p><b> Basic Requirements: </b></p><p>· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation </p><p>· Ability to pass a background check. </p><p>· Ability to walk and stand for extended periods. </p><p>· Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed. </p><p></p><p> Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
