What You'll Do As a Sales Representative at Acumed, you will: Drive sales growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities. Manage account needs, post-sale support, and product education. Serve as a reliable, consultative resource for Acumed's innovative solutions. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of sales experience (medical or related industry preferred). 1-3 years of successful sales experience within the medical device industry (orthopedic preferred). Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively. A dynamic, purpose-driven sales culture. Comprehensive product and sales training. The incumbent will be required to obtain hospital-required credentials. Target Compensation: Associate Representatives: $65,000.00- $80,000.00 Experienced Representatives: 100% commission structure - on target earnings typically range from $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually, depending on region, individual performance and sales volume.
