Shifts Available 1st: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (Monday to Friday) Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads using HubSpot and outbound prospecting Conduct cold calls and outreach to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Engage customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand needs Identify customer pain points and position solutions effectively Secure orders and close sales opportunities Collect and analyzepetitor quotes to inform pricing and strategy Prepare and issue accurate customer quotes Research market trends,petitors, and project details Track project opportunities from initial contact through delivery Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business Meet or exceed sales targets across orders, LOIs,petitor quotes, and received quotes Maintain accurate customer data and activity logs in HubSpot Segment and manage outreach cadence across different customer tiers Conduct timely follow-ups on all quotes and sales opportunities Review andanize customer project data (takeoffs) Negotiate pricing, shipping terms, and promotional opportunities Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of inside sales is preferrred Strongmunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to research market trends and analyzepetitive data Highlyanized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Perks: On the job training Commission plan Weekly paycheck Competitive benefit options, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses For instant consideration, click!
