Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Security Sales Representative to our Hawthorne, NY team. In this role, you will drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across commercial and residential markets, communicating the value of our security solutions to prospective clients. Success in this role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a self-motivated approach to pipeline management, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target prospective clients through research, cold calling, networking, and attendance at industry events to generate a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial client contact through proposal, contract negotiation, and closure. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals. Stay current on the latest security solutions and technologies and effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients in clear, compelling terms. Prepare and deliver professional, tailored sales proposals and presentations that address each client's specific security needs. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as established by management. Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and inform sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status within the CRM system. Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the security or technology industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the service area as needed. Physical Demands & Work Environment: Primarily field-based with regular travel to client sites, industry events, and prospect locations throughout the service area. Office time required for proposal development, reporting, CRM maintenance, and internal meetings. May require occasional evening or weekend availability to accommodate client schedules. The base salary for this role is $60,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus additional compensation package.
