The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, program controls experience, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.<br /> <br /><b><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></b><br /> </p><ul><li>Manage program financials, including forecasting, actuals, accruals, and variance analysis.</li><li>Maintain staffing and resource plans aligned with program demand and budgets.</li><li>Perform SAP PRJ financial updates and ensure cost accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Review time charging and support capitalization and expense governance.</li><li>Manage vendor staffing, rates, invoices, and issue resolution.</li><li>Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.</li><li>Support PMO governance, compliance, and program reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance, IT, PMO, Business teams, and vendors.</li><li>Prepare executive summaries and ad-hoc financial analysis.</li></ul><p> <br /><b><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></b><br /> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>5+ years of experience in program financial management, PMO, or project controls.</li><li>Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP PRJ, WBS, or similar financial modules.</li><li>Vendor management and invoice validation experience.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.</li></ul><p> <br /><b><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></b><br /> </p><ul><li>Experience supporting large IT or transformation programs.</li><li>Experience with financial controls, capitalization, and audit processes.</li><li>Utility or regulated industry experience.</li><li>Power BI, data modeling, and dashboard development experience.</li></ul><p> <br /><b><strong>Compensation: </strong></b><br /> <br />The hourly rate for this position is  $93.00 per hour.   <br />Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate]. <br /> </p></div>\nCompany Description<div><p>Founded in 1990, Sunrise Systems is an award winning IT/Professional Staffing firm to Fortune 500 and State/Local Government Agencies.</p></div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>Founded in 1990, Sunrise Systems is an award winning IT/Professional Staffing firm to Fortune 500 and State/Local Government Agencies.</div>
