<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Senior Business Intelligence Analyst</p><p>Position Summary</p><p>The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for transforming complex business data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role will partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business functions to develop dashboards, analyze key performance indicators, identify trends, and improve visibility into company performance.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and technical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br /></p><p>Business Intelligence &amp; Reporting</p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.</li><li>Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytical solutions.</li><li>Provide leadership with timely and accurate insights into financial and operational performance.</li><li>Create recurring and ad hoc reports for business leaders and executive management.</li><li>Ensure reports are clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational priorities.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>KPI Analysis &amp; Performance Management</p><ul><li>Develop and monitor key performance indicators across multiple lines of business.</li><li>Analyze trends, variances, and performance drivers against budgets, forecasts, and established targets.</li><li>Identify risks, opportunities, and areas requiring additional management attention.</li><li>Partner with business leaders to establish consistent KPI definitions and reporting methodologies.</li><li>Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency, revenue, profitability, and overall performance.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Data Analysis &amp; Insights</p><ul><li>Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.</li><li>Perform root-cause analysis to explain changes in financial and operational results.</li><li>Develop predictive analyses, scenario models, and performance forecasts as needed.</li><li>Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.</li><li>Support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions with data-driven analysis.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Data Management &amp; Governance</p><ul><li>Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting systems.</li><li>Partner with Technology and business teams to resolve data-quality issues.</li><li>Develop and maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and process procedures.</li><li>Support data-governance initiatives and establish reporting standards.</li><li>Ensure appropriate controls are maintained around sensitive and confidential information.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Systems &amp; Process Improvement</p><ul><li>Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and analytical processes.</li><li>Improve the efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of existing dashboards and reports.</li><li>Partner with Technology teams on data warehouse, ERP, and business intelligence enhancements.</li><li>Support system implementations, integrations, testing, and user acceptance.</li><li>Evaluate new tools and technologies that can improve business intelligence capabilities.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Business Partnership</p><ul><li>Serve as a strategic analytical partner to Finance, Operations, Sales, and executive leadership.</li><li>Gather business requirements and recommend appropriate reporting solutions.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders.</li><li>Train users on dashboards, reporting tools, and self-service analytics.</li><li>Manage multiple analytical projects and competing business priorities.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>5–8+ years of business intelligence, data analytics, financial analysis, or related experience.</li><li>Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or a similar business intelligence platform.</li><li>Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.</li><li>Experience analyzing financial and operational KPIs across multiple business units.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and cloud-based reporting environments.</li><li>Experience with Python, R, Alteryx, or other analytics tools preferred.</li><li>Experience developing executive dashboards and presenting insights to senior leadership</li></ul><p></p><p>Key Skills &amp;
