This is a design-first, execution-focused role with exposure to broader marketing activities.<br /><br />Youll be responsible for producing high-quality marketing assets, supporting campaign execution, and helping maintain consistency across multiple locations and channels. Youll work closely with the performance and content teams to keep campaigns moving and ensure all creative aligns with brand standards.<br /><br /><strong>Creative & Design (Core Focus)<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>Create marketing assets across channels (digital ads, social media, website visuals, and print materials)</li><li>Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all assets and locations</li><li>Support website updates with visual content (banners, page sections, graphics)</li><li>Design creatives for landing pages and campaign launches</li><li>Produce multiple variations of creatives for testing and optimization</li><li>Assist with video thumbnails and light creative edits</li><li>Perform light video editing for short-form ad creatives (cutting clips, adding text overlays, simple transitions)<br /><br /></li></ul><strong>Marketing Support & Execution<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>Support execution of marketing campaigns</li><li>Prepare and adapt marketing materials for multiple franchise locations</li><li>Assist with content creation (landing pages, blogs, social media)</li><li>Coordinate with internal team members and external partners to keep projects on track</li><li>Organize and manage creative assets and files</li></ul><strong>Performance Awareness & Optimization<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>Track basic performance metrics for creatives (engagement, CTR, conversions)</li><li>Identify which visuals and formats perform best and iterate accordingly</li><li>Support ongoing testing by delivering new creative variations<br /><br /></li></ul><strong>What Success Looks Like<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>Creative assets are delivered on time, on brand, and ready for launch</li><li>Campaigns are consistently supported with fresh, high-quality visuals</li><li>Brand consistency is maintained across all locations and channels</li><li>Creative production keeps pace with campaign and content needs</li><li>The team can rely on you to execute without constant oversight<br /><br /></li></ul><strong>What We Are Looking For<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>2+ years of experience in graphic design or marketing design</li><li>Strong working knowledge of <strong>Figma, Canva, and Photoshop</strong></li><li>Solid understanding of layout, typography, and clean, modern design</li><li>Ability to follow brand guidelines and replicate styles consistently</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment</li><li>Understanding of digital marketing is a plus<br /><br /></li></ul><strong>Portfolio Requirement<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>Please include a <strong>portfolio </strong>of relevant work (digital ads, social media, website visuals, or similar)</li><li>Applications without a portfolio will <strong>not </strong>be considered.
