This role serves as the primary point of contact during implementation, ensuring a seamless transition by coordinating activities, setting up accounts, conducting training, and running initial payrolls.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li><b><strong>Client Implementation &amp; Onboarding</strong></b>: Manage multiple client implementations from kickoff to completion, serving as the client’s main contact.</li><li><b><strong>System Setup &amp; Configuration</strong></b>: Configure HRIS platforms, validate requirements, and create client dashboards.</li><li><b><strong>Client Consulting &amp; Support</strong></b>: Consult with clients on payroll, HR, and benefits needs; recommend solutions; deliver training.</li><li><b><strong>Data Management &amp; Quality Assurance</strong></b>: Audit payroll/HR data, maintain project documentation, and ensure accuracy.</li><li><b><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></b>: Partner with sales, consulting, and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></b></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in <b><strong>client implementation</strong></b>, payroll, HR, or related fields.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b><strong>HR/Payroll Outsourcing</strong></b>, <b><strong>PEO industry operations</strong></b>, and <b><strong>payroll/tax processes</strong></b>.</li><li>Experience with <b><strong>HRIS systems</strong></b>, <b><strong>CRM platforms</strong></b>, and <b><strong>payroll software</strong></b>.</li><li>Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with <b><strong>Microsoft Office</strong></b> (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li></ul></div></div>
